We helped Jordyn and Danny celebrate their amazing wedding under the stars and it was awesome!

Although we work with every playlist I love it when we’re given free range to make sure everyone stays on the dance floor, and they did.

The Gardens at Heather Farms Wedding – Kelly and Kevin get married

April brings the best of The Gardens at Heather Farms, the simplicity yet knowing that you are surrounded by such a beauty of nature makes this venue a perfect spot to have your ceremony by the Gazebo surrounded by mounts of roses overlooking the pond, afterwards drift into the Pavilion adjacent to the gazebo for the cocktail hour to acquaint yourself with old friends (or new), family members, just about an hour after when I make the announcement inviting everyone into the reception room, from there on is just memories, great food, memorable speeches and a night of unforgettable dancing.

The above was true for Kelly and Kevin’s wedding but also every wedding I do at the at this Magical Hidden Place in Walnut Creek.

To be hones my last few weddings have been interesting because they all have had something in common “Music” well duh! right? what I mean is the styles of music my couples like but also know their guests enjoy: Oldies, Classic Rock, 80’s and a big comeback 90’s Pop and Hip Hop.

Alexys and Tyler get married – The Bridges Golf Club, San Ramon

Call it a fairy tale a love story, you be the judge! All I can tell you is that I did a wedding for an Amazing couple, that was very into each other, that hugged every single guest, a bride and groom that never left each others side in the entire night, that dance the night away and loved taking pictures with their guests in the Photobooth.

I remember the last conversation I had with Alexys and Tyler, as we reviewed all their details, etc… we came to talk about the music, their guests, likes and don’ts, etc… I always try to get the best feel of their tastes are like, where their guests come from, etc.. and I was told “We trust you David, just play whatever will put people on the dance floor” with that said they gave me 10 songs they really wanted all the other 30-40 songs were all reading the crowd, their smiles, their dance steps and it went on and on…

It was nothing but a pleasure to work with this two, meeting their guests and making sure everyone had a great time!

Palm Event Center, Pleasanton Wedding – Vilma and Benny get married

Always fun when you are part of the union of a Bride and Groom but also of two different cultures Guatemalan and Albanian, having knowledge of different cultures is always a plus in the wedding field, I’m fortunate enough to have extensive knowledge in different traditions, etc… and understand the importance of making sure both sides are happy when it comes to dancing.

Vilma and Benny where really amazing to work with, traditional Albanian songs were played and both sides joined in, of course a variety of other music was played including American and Spanish.
